We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: To protect the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain intimate and hygienic items. Based on your selections, this includes:
  • Disney Ears (due to their close-fitting nature and hygiene considerations)
  • Items from the Kids Swim Shop (swimwear)
All sales on these specific items are final.

The Enchanted Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receipt, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the handy template provided below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our friendly team will review your request and, once approved, will email you a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Pack Your Item Securely: Please pack the item in its original packaging and include any tags. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
  4. Ship It Back: Mail your return package to the address provided in your instructions. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Let the Magic Happen: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange!

Refund Timeline & Method

After we receive your return:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the return.
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the return is processed. Standard or free shipping rates will apply to the new shipment.
