  • Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

    • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after it ships.
    • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Your order will arrive within 15-25 business days after it ships.

Please Note: We ship globally! However, delivery to some parts of Asia and other remote areas may not be available. Shipping times are estimates and may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love every item you purchase, but we understand that sometimes magic doesn’t fit perfectly. Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as straightforward and friendly as possible.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Important Hygiene Policy:

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items due to their intimate or hygienic nature. All sales on these items are final.

  • Disney Ears (due to their close-fitting nature)
  • All items from the Kids Swim Shop collection (swimwear)

The Enchanted Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Feel free to use the template below for ease!
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, once approved, will email you a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Pack Your Item Securely: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags included. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
  4. Ship It Back: Mail your return package to the address provided in your instructions. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  5. Let the Magic Happen: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange!

Refund Timeline & Method

After we receive your return package:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the return.
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the return is processed. Standard or free shipping rates will apply to the new shipment.
